  HOFSTEDE MODEL: NEW ZELAND This model analyzes six dimensions of the national culture of New Zealand. According to the graph, those are the results for New Zealand. Now, I am going to explain the two highest dimensions for New Zealand                INDIVIDUALISM New Zealand scores 79 on this dimension, for that we can identify New Zealanders as independent people. They tend to think and act for themselves, however, they also like to work as a team to achieve goals at work, but they also expect employees to take the initiative.                INDULGENCE New Zealand scores 75 on this dimension, so it is classified as indulgent. They have a positive attitude, so it may be because they are friendly and rarely aggressive. Finally, most people act according to their desires to enjoy life.

  LEWIS CLUTURE MODEL AND NEW ZELAND British polyglot and author on linguist, Richard Lewis. He divided the cultural population into three groups: Linear-actives, multi-actives and reactives.  New Zealand could be considered as a hybrid between linear-active and multiactive, with greater tendencies to be task-oriented, highly organized planners who complete action-chains by doing one thing at a time, with a linear agenda. Which can be explained with that they prefer direct discussion, sticking to facts and figures from reliable, written sources. Also, speech is for information exchange, and they talk and listen in equal proportions. New Zealand is more considered a linear-active, but when it comes to relations with people they will be determined as Multi-actives

  CULTURAL ICEBERG AND NEW ZELAND In a country there are an infinity of factors that the majority of foreigners fail to appreciate because they are not immersed in the culture, for which in this opportunity I am going to focus on three aspects that I consider relevant to mention on this occasion.                Assumptions New Zealand sometimes is thought of as a small country, so it's interesting to see juxtaposed on a map of Europe.
